Waterproof

The AngelSense GPS Tracking Device is water-resistant and can withstand being splashed with water or being attached to wet clothing. We also offer an optional waterproof case to further protect your device. It can be purchased separately and included in your initial order or at a later time through the AngelSense Store in the app along with our other Wearing Options.

Waterproof Protective Sleeve

The waterproof protective sleeve is the perfect wearing option for your active loved ones. It is non-removable, soft and can be worn by those with sensory sensitivities. It can be securely attached to clothing, inside pockets, bags, belts, etc. or it can be used with the AngelSense Undershirt. Please note that it protects your device when immersed in up to 3.29 feet of water for 30 minutes and is not intended for prolonged exposure to water.

How to Attach the Waterproof Sleeve

Step 1:

Open the ziplock.

While holding the sides at the opening,

gently slide the device into the sleeve.

Step 2:

Push as much air out before closing.

Step 3 :

Close the ziplock from the outside

towards the middle (follow the arrows).

*Ensure there is no air inside and that-it’s

closed securely- so water will not get in.

Step 4 :

Fold the upper part twice, making

sure the two velcro strips are touching.

Step 5:

Connect the tabs, lining up

the holes.

Step 6:

Insert a pin into the hole and

attach the fastener to your desired

wearing option.

Notes

The Waterproof Sleeve has an IPX7 rating and is protected against the effects of immersion in up to 3.29 feet of water for 30 minutes.

The device should not be submerged in water without the AngelSense waterproof sleeve as the device’s warranty will, unfortunately, be void if the device has water damage, but there are some steps that you can take to try and salvage it. See: Handling a device that gets submerged in water
